WARRINGTON based full service law firm, FDR Law, has launched a specialist HR service, FDR HR, offering support and advice for commercial and corporate clients.

The new service covers a range of areas from management and training to recruitment and selection, as well as disciplinary grievance and broader employment law issues. To mark its launch, the firm is hosting the first in a series of Employment Law seminars, on Wednesday 12th October at its Bold Street office.

“Businesses are facing increasing pressure to ensure they comply with the very latest employment law requirements and we’re seeing a much higher demand for specialist HR advice and consultancy beyond our legal services. FDR HR will offer flexible services to companies looking for consultative support or packaged help in the form of training programmes or workshops such as the seminar we’re running on Employment Law next month,” commented Kim Hayton, HR Director.

The Employment Law seminar from FDR HR is aimed at business owners and HR Managers and is designed to give them the latest information on changes in employment law over the past six months and will cover legislative changes that are expected over the coming 6-12 months.

In addition to delivering FDR HR services, Kim’s responsibilities will also include the development of an HR strategy for the growing business and the further development of a talent management programme to support the firm’s recruitment drive for its offices in Warrington, Frodsham and Stockton Heath.

FDR HR’s services compliment the firm’s existing employment law offering covering contentious workplace disputes and employment tribunals through to non-contentious issues such as contracts, staff policies and TUPE – Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations.

The Employment Law Update takes place on Wednesday 12th October 2016 21 Bold Street, Warrington Registration and coffee from 8.30am – 10.30am and is open to all business owners, HR personnel.
