Arrested – after alleged assaults on wife and police officer

A MAN was arrested at Warrington for a series of alleged offences including assault, police assault  criminal damage and breaching bail conditions.
The man, who is awaiting questioning, is alleged to have assaulted his wife causing actual bodily harm, caused damage at the family home at Padgate, assaulted a police officer during his arrest and assaulted a member of the public to tried to assist.
He is also alleged to have breached bail conditions by being at the house in the first place.
