POLICE have issued a warning after a keen eyed member of the public handed in a ATM card skimming device which was attached to a cash machine on Lovely Lane, Warrington.
Fraudsters often target ATM machines with hard to detect devices that will capture a PIN and card number.
Always check there are no loose parts on the machine before inserting any details.
