WARRINGTON police have been assisting the RSPCA with the local Howley seal following reports of youths throwing items at it.
There have been several sightings of the seal in recent days although there have been no confirmed sightings today (Sunday) and police think it may have travelled further downstream in the direction of Liverpool.
Officers were called to assist the RSPCA following reports of youths seen throwing items at it.

Here’s hoping someone managed to get a photo of the morons who were throwing ‘items’ at the seal. Even toddlers should know better.
