EMERGENCY services were called to a three vehicle collision on Warrington Road at Culcheth during the rush hour period this evening.
The collision involving a large van, people carrier and small car, resulted in the closure of Culcheth Hall Drive and lengthy traffic delays in the area.
The condition of the occupants of the vehicles is not known, but it is believed from eye witness reports that there were no serious injuries.
