Masked gang burst into flat in early hours

FOUR masked men burst into a flat at Warrington early today, assaulted the occupants and ransacked the property before leaving.
The raid was at a flat in Orford Lane around 12.30am and the raiders made off with a quantity of cash before escaping in the direction of Forshaw Street.
Police are investigating the incident and say the offenders were armed with knives and hammers.
All four men were wearing balaclavas.
The victims are a couple in their early 20s.
