A MAN was arrested at Warrington after having TWO cars seized by the police within the space of an hour.
Officers seized the 20-year-old’s car after he was found using it without insurance. Within an hour, he was discovered using a second car without insurance – and that vehicle was seized as well.
The offender also failed a drugs swipe and was then arrested.
