Firemen rescue dog stuck in bars of a cage

FIREMEN helped rescue a dog when its head and shoulders became trapped in a cage at Beech House vets on Wilderspool Causeway.

THE small dog got its head and shoulders stuck in the bars of a cage and needed the help of firefighters to get out.

A rapid door opener tool was used to release the dog due to the animal suffering from breathing problems and distress.
