Burglars on a six day rampage at Warrington

BURGLARS have been on the rampage in Warrington with nine properties raided over a six day period.
A further four offences were committed involving thefts from cars in the period ending today (Thursday) according to police.
A burglar entered a house in Blenheim Close, Padgate and stole cash from the kitchen.
An attempt was made to enter a house in Wellfield Road, Culcheth, with attempts on the front and rear doors in an afternoon raid.
Entry was made to a house in Chiltern Place, Orford, via a broken window.
But a similar raid in Toll Bar Road, Orford, failed.
A window in a rear door was smashed and entry was gained at a house in Runnymede, Woolston.
Raiders broke in office premises in Clayton Road, Birchwood and stole keys to plant vehicles.
A shed was broken into at a house in Higham Avenue, Warrington and a Modena scooter was stolen.
An electrical store in Sankey Street, Warrington was entered during the night and mobile phones, tablets and DVDs were stolen.
A white and blue Suzuki scooter with gold wheels was stolen in a night raid on a garage in Washington Drive, Warrington.
Fuel was stolen from a Skoda Fabia car in Thelwall Lane, Latchford.
Registration plans were stolen from a Vauxhall Astra in Alaska Mews, Warrington and a laptop was stolen after a Ford Transit van was broken  into in Newman Street, Warrington.
A sat nav was stolen from a Vauxhalkl Corsa in Broadbent Avenue, Latchford.
