A WARRINGTON-based social care charity is celebrating winning its 20th service contract on Merseyside.
Making Space has been commissioned to provide 24 hour care and support at Kirkby’s Bailey Court extra care apartments in Knowsley. The contract will last for four years, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
Bailey Court offers 34 purpose-built apartments which are available for social rent. They are predominantly targeted towards people over the age of 55, however they are also well equipped to accommodate younger residents with physical, learning, sensory and mental health needs.
Krysia Pantechis, business implementation manager at Making Space, said: “Bailey Court is a popular development, which is already fully occupied and has a waiting list.
“Making Space will provide individually tailored care and support for residents dependent on their requirements.”
