Knifeman arrested for causing an affray

A MAN has been arrested at Warrington for causing an affray.
He was taken into custody following an incident at Latchford involving a knife with a 12-inch blade.
There are no reports of anyone being injured.
In another incident a woman is in custody after being arrested on suspicion of taking a prohibited articles into Risley Prison.
