MOTORISTS are being warned to avoid the Orford Lane, Pinners Brow area close to Warrington town centre following a collision near The Wire Pub.
Emergency services are currently at the scene and traffic is being diverted following a collision between a car and a van at the junction of Lythgoes Lane and Winwick Road.
Earlier in the day Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision on Burtonwood Road involving two vehicles. One woman was in the care of paramedics and the crew made the vehicles safe.
