POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a report of a sexual assault in Warrington.
They have also issued a picture of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident, which occurred on July 8.
An 18-year-old woman, who had been out socialising with friends, was on the Riverside Retail Park between 3am–4.30am when she was assaulted.
Anyone with any information about the incident, or who recognises the man pictured, is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 82 8 July 2015.
Alternatively, information can be left anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
