Motorway re-opens after crash

THE M6 has fully re-opened following a collision near Warrington earlier today.
At 4.15pm, police were able to re-open the southbound carriageway following a crash involving a truck carrying bottles of milk, two lorries and a car.
As a result, two lanes were blocked and there was serious congestion.
Two men were taken to Warrington Hospital with minor injuries.
Emergency services worked to clear the vehicles from the carriageway and some of the milk, which had spilled onto the road surface.
Enquiries are ongoing at this stage and anyone with any information is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 335 of January 30
