Bungalow in the garden plan

PLANS for a bungalow in the back garden of a house in Rushgreen Road, Lymm are to be put to Warrington’s planning committee.
But the scheme is being opposed by Lymm Parish Council and a number of neighbours who claim the site will be over-developed and access inadequate for emergency vehicles.
Other objections include loss of amenity for neighbours, lack of off-road parking, noise and disturbance and loss of trees, light and privacy.
Planning officers are recommending the scheme be approved.
They say the plot is of sufficient size to accommodate a single house without significantly affecting the residential amenity of adjacent properties.
