MEMBERS of the public in Warrington who have not yet registered to vote only have until Wednesday November 6 to do so.
Returning the form each year is a legal requirement and if a household does not register, the borough council will send officers out house by house to collect forms.
People need to be included on the registration form if they are 18 or older, a British, Irish, European or qualifying Commonwealth citizen.
Sixteen or 17 year-olds should also be registered so they are eligible to vote as soon as they reach 18.
Households with no changes to their details can register by using the 24-hour freephone telephone service 0800 197 5778 or texting 80212 or registering online at www.registerbyinternet.com/warrington
