Indecent exposure in Callands playground

POLICE are appealing for information after a man was seen exposing himself near a playground in Callands, Warrington.
The incident took place at 10.45am on Thursday, October 24 when a local woman was pushing her grandson in his pram through the wooded area near the playground off Callands Road when she saw a man standing by a tree, exposing himself.
He made eye contact with the woman but did not stop what he was doing. She walked away and used a friend?s mobile phone to call the police.
PC Jacqueline Starkey said: “We are appealing for anyone who might have seen this man in the Callands area on October 24 to get in touch.
The man is described as a approximately 17 years old, of Eastern European appearance, medium height, thin build, dark hair in a short back and sides style, wearing medium size black square glasses, dark blue full zip tracksuit jacket, black tracksuit bottoms elasticated at the ankles, and carrying a large light blue rucksack.”
Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 258 of October 24, 2013.
