Bus strike deferred

A PLANNED strike by bus workers at Network Warrington this Thursday has been deferred.
This was announced by the bus company this afternoon.
Last night, workers voted against a revised pay deal offered by the company – approximately 70 of those voting being against the offer and 50 for.
But only about 50 per cent of the 240 union members at the company took part in the vote.
