Teenagers help out at the zoo

TEENAGERS from The Relationship Centre – an organisation which works which disaffected young people in Warrington – spent two afternoons giving a helping hand at the children’s zoo at Walton Hall Gardens.
The youngsters helped clean out the pony and donkey stables and feed the animals.
They had to encounter some heavy rain and got thoroughly soaked – but learned a lot and had a great time.
The Relationship Centre is based in the town centre and reaches oujt to the most hard to reach and disaffected young people, empowering them to build their own futures.
At the end of the session, they said a big “thank you” to the zoo rangers.
