FURNITURE supplier to the hospitality industry, Contract Furniture UK Limited, has expanded its space on the Warrington Central Trading Estate to 30,000 sq ft.
Director Kevin Tobin said: “We have been at Warrington Central Trading Estate since we started 10 years ago, and have steadily grown our space as we have grown our company.
“Contract Furniture has developed a solid reputation supplying quality furniture to major pub brands and hotels across the country but we feel it makes good business sense to continue to operate from our Warrington base.”
Kathryn Smart, property manager at commercial property development specialists Langtree said: “We’re really pleased we have been able to help Contract Furniture once again expand its business on the estate. We have seen a wealth of existing tenants looking to expand their space to either accommodate company growth or house a new line of business.”
Langtree has also welcomed two new tenants at the Warrington Central Trading Estate on Bewsey Road/Dallam Lane – construction industry training provider Cornerstone Vocational Training Ltd and leisure industry furniture manufacturer MAC Contract Furniture.
