School caretaker's 100-day challenge

A SCHOOL caretaker from Warrington has completed a gruelling 100-day charity challenge.
Rich Watson, caretaker at Park Road Primary School, Great Sankey ran 1017km in 100 days to raise money for the Huntington’s Disease Assocation.
He said: “I did a minimum of 5km every day – and didn’t miss a single day.
“This was the equivalent of running over 24 marathons in 100 days.”
Mr Watson said his father-in-law and wife were recently diagnosed with Huntington’s Disease which, currently, has no cure or treatment.”
