Police probe car fire

POLICE are investigating a car fire at Birchwood, Warrington in the early hours of the morning.
Fire crews from Birchwood Fire Station were called to the scene after the car was found ablaze on Redshank Lane.
They used a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze which was in the rear of the vehicle.
It is believed the fire was started deliberately and if anyone has any information which might be helpful to police they are asked to call them on 101 or to contact the anonymous Crimestoppers
