Town seek reserve team manager

WARRINGTON Town FC is looking to appoint an ambitious, forward-looking and dynamic person/team as the manager of their new reserve side which will operate at Step 7.
Potential candidates should be able to demonstrate that they have the necessary experience and attributes to help deliver the aims and objectives of the club and be able to lead the reserve side through its’ inaugural season and beyond which include higher aims.
In particular, the club is looking for someone who shares the ethos of bringing players through to the first team and also working with an established youth team set-up. Applicants must have experience at Step 7 level and be prepared to work with both the Youth Team and First Team Manager to assist the club in reaching its goals.
Applicants must have a minimum level 2 coaching certificate although the club may assist in this to gain the right applicant/s. This is a voluntary position although some expenses will be covered.
