Kitchen blaze

SHOPPING left too close to a stove ignited and started a kitchen fire at a house in Warrington.
The blaze was at a properly in Thornley Road and two fire engines from Warrington and Stockton Heath were called to the scene.
Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze and a ventilation unit was used to clear dense smoke from the house. No-one was hurt.
