VOLUNTEERS are needed to join a new group aimed at improving the appearance of the outlying areas of Lymm.
Plans are to set up a Lymm in Bloom group to brighten up the parks, recreation grounds and areas beyond the village centre.
Everyone is invited to a meeting on Wednesday March 20 at 7:30pm, upstairs at the Methodist Church Hall.
Organiser Ben Selwood said: “The nationwide Britain in Bloom is all about how looking after the local area can have a positive effect on the local community and I feel that this is something which Lymm could benefit tremendously from. “
