SMOKE in the living room of a house at Warrington led to two fire engines were called to the scene.
They discovered the cause was a smouldering log in a wood store next to a wood burner at a house in Bibby Avenue.
The log was taken outside and no equipment had to be used.
A home safety assessment was carried out on the property before crews left.
Smoke without fire!
