Fixture changes for Town

AFTER a number of postponements recently due to the poor weather, the Evo-Stik NPL have advised Warrington Town of a number of changes to their fixture calendar.

Town’s next home game is on Saturday, February 9, when they welcome Wakefield FCm replacing the scheduled fixture with Burscough.
Burscough will now visit the Abacus Solicitors Community Stadium on Tuesday, March 26, as part of a run of four home games on the bounce.
Last weekend’s postponed home game against Salford City will now take place on Saturday, March 16 while New Mills will visit Warrington on the following Tuesday, March 19.
Former Wire boss Paul Moore returns on Saturday, March 30 with his current Clitheroe side, to round off the month.
The club’s next fixture is due to take place at Ossett Albion this Saturday with a 3:00pm kick off, but with freezing weather and more snow forecast in Yorkshire there is little chance of the game taking place.
