Motorcyclist found dead

A MOTORCYCLIST who died following a collision on Thelwall Lane, Warrington, has been named as 22-year-old local man Andrew Wilde.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the collision which is believed to have taken place sometime during late Friday night or during the early hours of Saturday morning.
Police were called to the scene of the collision on a service road next to the canal at 8am on Saturday, January 12.
Police discovered the body of Mr Wilde who had been riding a motorcycle when the collision occurred at some point during the night.
Enquiries are being progressed locally into the circumstances of the collision. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident 191 of 12 January.
