Music on the buses!

0

TWELVE bands will be taking part in acoustic sessions at Warrington’s bus interchange today (Saturday).
The event is organised by Warrington Music (WAM) and among the bands taking part are The Roughneck Riot, Specs and Josh Healey.
There will be non-stop music between 12 noon and 6pm.
The idea of a live music event at the bus interchange came from WAM founder,
Lee Harman.
He thought it would be a good place to catch the attention of people in Warrington, who may enjoy live music, but had perhaps never been to see music in one of the many venues in the town area.
The free event – with great transport links! – is supported by Friars Court, Equilibrium Productions, Dawsons Music and Warrington Borough Council.
Others taking part include Abigail King, The Diamond Bays, Old Town Trio, Kim Jennett, Kye Jones, Dan Solan, Richard Caddock and Conquer Rio.
