Reid moves to strengthen squad

WARRINGTON Town boss Shaun Reid has swooped to strengthen his squad ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Salford with two new signings – boosted by the news that Skipper Peter Dogan has declared himself fit to play despite suffering a second dislocated shoulder on Tuesday evening.
The new signings are goal keepr Andy Robertson, who started the season at Evo-Stik Premier League Chorley after featuring with Trafford and Salford last season and right back Robbie Williams, who has played for Southport and Accrington Stanley.
Giant shot stopper Robertson is described a real character in the dressing room and former clubs include Droylsden, Mossley, New Mills, Flixton and Ramsbottom United.
Williams impressed pre-season with Warrington but was unable to sign at the time due to family commitments.
Meanwhile striker Kevin Townson looks set to be sidelined for three weeks after suffering an ankle injury in Tuesday night’s 3-1 defeat by Lancaster.
