INDIE legends Shed Seven are set to visit Warrington Parr Hall as part of their UK winter tour.
The tour follows performances at huge summer festivals like T in the Park and V Festival, with the band coming to Warrington’s Parr Hall on Wednesday, December 12.
In November last year, the band achieved success with their massive sell-out tour, and in conjunction with this released an EP marking the 15th anniversary of their celebrated 1996 album “A Maximum High” featuring brand new versions of four songs which had been re-worked and re-recorded with an orchestral feel.
Following the success of the tour and the EP release (the limited CD sold out in just 2 hours!), lead vocalist Rick Witter and the rest of the band will be back performing in Warrington for just one night only.
The York Britpop band originally formed in 1990, and their biggest hit Going for Gold peaked at number 8 in March 1996. The band also achieved success with 15 top 40 singles, and 4 top 20 albums, and still tour regularly despite not having released a new studio album. Shed Seven’s other reunion tours have been extremely popular, so this is definitely one not to miss!
