WARRINGTON South MP David Mowat has been promoted in the Prime Minister’s recent reshuffle of Government Ministers. 
He will now serve as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the newly appointed Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Greg Clark MP.
Mr Mowat said: “I am honoured to have been invited to join the Treasury team at this interesting time.
“How we regulate the banks and how we get them to lend to small businesses is all part of the important work being done by the Treasury and I look forward to playing my part in that.”
