WARRINGTON Town’s push for the play offs has suffered a major set back

following news that striker Lee Madin broke his ankle during last

night’s 3-1 victory over Bamber Bridge.
Madin has been in fine goal scoring form during Town’s unbeaten start to 2012 which has seen them go eight games unbeaten, including five wins and three draws.
Madin suffered his injury after landing awkwardly late on in the game and will now miss the rest of the season.
Manager Joey Dunn said: ” Lee Madin has epitomized everything that has been good about the good run the team has been on.
“We now owe it to him to keep things going.”
