Blue badge charges to increase

0

ADMINISTRATION charges for a blue badge for disabled car users will increase from £2 every three years to £10 every three years in Warrington from January 1.
It is the first time in nearly 30 years that the blue badge fee has increased in Warrington and reflects a larger programme of reforms to the blue badge scheme being made by national Government.
The increased charge will enable Warrington Borough Council to invest more in improving the service it provides to blue badge holders and help prevent abuse of the scheme.
