CELEBRITY TV chef Brian Mellor will be appearing at award winning Warrington Market’s annual Food and Drink Festival this Saturday, May 14.
There will be a wide range of stalls selling the very best local produce, along with some great food to eat on the day.
The event promises to be a great fun day out with entertainment for all the family, including music, magic, competitions and give-a-ways.
In addition to the fantastic food and drink on sale, there will be cooking demonstrations throughout, by Brian Mellor and Warrington’s very own Wolfie…
Brian is an award winning Master Chef of Great Britain, former Head Chef at BBC and Executive Chef at Granada TV. He has been involved in almost everything to do with food from cooking privately for celebrities and royalty to overseeing dozens of chefs in busy restaurants.
A selection of the items you can expect to find on the day include Jams, Chutney’s, Pickles, Speciality Cheeses, Smoked Produce, Fish, Meat, Cheese, Locally Produced Beers Home Made Fudge, Hand Crafted Celebration Cakes, Cupcakes and much more!
