Motor cyclist taken to hospital

A MOTOR cyclist was taken to hospital at Warrington after being involved in a collision with a saloon car.
The accident was in Holcroft Lane, Culcheth and police, fire and ambulance services were called to the scene.
Firefighters used air bags to lift the car off the motor cyclist, who was trapped beneath the vehicle.
He was taken taken to hospital by ambulance but his condition is not known.
The road was closed for a time after the crash last night (Sunday).
No other person was injured in the crash.
