PUPILS from Little Bollington CE Primary School organised their own “Royal Wedding” at nearby Holy Trinity Church.
The children took on all the roles involved in a wedding, from cake-making and flower arranging to security and the press. The bridge and her father arrived in style in a chauffeur driven Bentley provided by Rushgreen Garage, Lymm and members of the Women’s Institute did the catering for the reception.
Local police officers dropped in to brief the security team.
Head teacher Caroline Johnstone said: “Parents and VIP guests attended what was a real community event and had a day which everyone will remember for a long time to come.”
