Guide group needs helpers

ADULTS in Lymm with a few hours to spare are needed to help local guides.
The 4th Lymm Guide Unit meets on Thursday evenings during term time at Lymm District Guide headquarters Maple Lodge, Pepper Street.
Guide leader Janine Appleby said: “Myself and the other leader have been running the unit just over two years now but due to family commitments – we both have young children – we now require further volunteers willing to become assistant leaders.
“We have very supportive parents who share a rota to help with each meeting and two young leaders helping us.”
Volunteers are needed to help run meetings, organise activities, help with admin and fundraising.
They will require a CRB check through the Guide Association and will be provided with training and support.
Anyone interested should contact Janine Appleby on 01925 759 447.
