COPIES of Warrington Borough Council committee agenda papers and reports are to be made available at a town centre information point.
For a trial period, until May, when the take-up will be reviewed, non-confidential papers will be available five days in advance of meetings.
Staff will make photocopies of documents if requested, although a small charge may apply.
Alternatively the papers can be viewed online in the “democracy and elections” section of the council website www.warrington.gov.uk

  1. Well don’t try clicking that link because it just tells you the it’s broken! That’s a good start isn’t it! The coucil always used to have a link here just to the right but seems thats gone these days.

  2. Bill if you type what it says into your browser it works fine ie http://www.warrington.gov.uk

Also there IS a link on the right of this page which says ‘Warrington BC.. the official website…..’ The order changes around a bit but it is always there and I can see it as I am typing this. Click on it and it takes you straight to the councils website too 🙂

  3. Not always there on the right as the rotating banner changes as well – but nearly always there 😉 I have also corrected the broken link in the story – although their site does appear to be actually down now!
