Police hunt hit-and-run driver

POLICE at Warrington are hunting a hit-and-run driver after a crash which left a woman driver trapped in her car.
The collision was in Brookside Road, Lymm and involved a black Ford Fiesta and a van which failed to stop.
Fire crews were called to the scene to help release the injured driver of the Fiesta and had to cut the roof off the car.
She was taken to Warrington Hospital complaining of pain in her right side.
