STREET maps of Appleton, including Appleton Thorn, may soon be provided in two local bus shelters.
Frames have been provided in the two shelters on London Road, one at Owens Corner and the other at Dudlow Green Road.
Appleton Parish Council has agreed to purchase three laminated maps – one to kept in reserve – at a maximum cost of £264.
It is hoped the maps will have “You Are Here” arrows to enable users to more easily use them.
