A WELL-known local history expert is giving a talk in Warrington on Tuesday November 30.
Janice Hayes, local history author and principal manager at Warrington Museum, will present her talk from 2.30 to 3.30pm at the museum.
It is part of “Pages Ago,” a North West libraries project to encourage the reading of historical books.
Janice’s latest work, “Warrington Through Time,” explores the town’s rich heritage. She will talk about her research, writing and her various other local history publications.
There will also be a question and answer time and a book signing session. Tea, coffee and mince pies will also be provided.
