Man in hospital after stabbing

A MAN is in hospital after a stabbing incident at Warrington.
Police arrested a 38-year-old local man shortly after the incident in Whitecross Road yesterday (Sunday).
He is currently being questioned by detectives.
The victim, who suffered a stab wound to the chest, was taken to Warrington Hospital but later transferred to Broadgreen Hospital in Liverpool.
