WARRINGTON Town’s historic all ticket clash with Chester FC tonight is a

complete sell out – the first in the club’s 60 year history.
Warrington sold their last few remaining tickets last night, with Chester selling all their 1,200 allocation at the weekend.
Town Chief Executive Gary Skentelbery said: “If you haven’t got a ticket I’m afraid you can’t get in. We have a strict limit on the ground for health and safety reasons.
“This is a historic night for both clubs, being Chester’s first game since their re-launch, while it is Warrington’s first ever sell out league crowd in the history of the club.
“There has been huge interest in the game and I am still receiving ticket requests.
“It is a shame so many soccer fans left it until the last minute. Hopefully those attending for the first time tonight will enjoy what they see and come back again in the near future.
“It is a great way to kick start our first home game of the new season in the new look Evo-Stik league.”
The TV cameras will be in town in capture the build up to the game, which is a 1,500 sell out, with a live broadcast scheduled at 6.40pm on BBC1 North West Tonight.
For those who can’t make the game there will be live coverage from www.radiowarrington.co.uk who will be running their entire evening show from the ground, also broadcasting to the crowd, prior to the kick off and at half-time.
Meanwhile Warrington will be opening their new snack bar facility for the first time and unveiling their new Vice Presidents Lounge to match day and club sponsors.
Additional catering facilities and temporary toilets will also be available.
Meanwhile any one interested in becoming a Vice President or a sponsor of the club should email [email protected]
