Free bus service to beat the chaos

A TEMPORARY free bus services started at Warrington today – to help people affected by disruption of normal services caused by work on the Liverpool Road railway bridge at Bank Quay.
The shuttle service, provided by the borough council, will operate every half hour from the bus interchange for about 10 days or until the bridge re-opens to traffic as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 0730hrs – 2000hrs. Sundays: between 0930hrs – 1600hrs.
The buses run in a circular loop, stopping at a temporary stop in Milner Street, the outbound Crosfields stop on Liverpool Road and at the Priestley Street stop.
The service has been provided following feedback from residents and businesses affected by the road works.
