A THEMED holiday club, based around the story of a fish and shop, is being held in Stockton Heath.
Children, aged five to 11, will be welcomed to the summer club called Rocky’s Plaice, being held from July 26.
Admission to the club is free and will be at Stockton Heath Christian Fellowship, Walton Road, from 6pm to 8pm each evening.
Activities will include games, crafts, stories, DVDs and puppets. On the Sunday morning, the whole family will be made welcome at an “Ice Cream Sundae” session.
John Dolan, church press officer, said: “This club has been operating under different titles for about the past 15 years and continues to be very popular. Children come not just from Stockton Heath but from the surrounding villages.”
Parents wanting to book sessions for their children should ring 604384 or via the church’s website www.shcf.info and go to Rocky’s Plaice.
