POLICE are hunting a man who forced his way into a woman’s home at Warrington and attacked her.
The attack took place at a property in Evans Place when the woman answered a knock on her door.
She was confronted by a complete stranger who pushed his way into the hallway and repeated punched her, knocking her to the floor.
It happened at about 8.30pm on Sunday, April 18 but police have released the details only today.
He then ran off leaving her badly shaken and with minor injuries and bruising.
Police have an efit picture of the offender. He was aged 19-20, of skinny build and had a pointed nose. He was wearing a black hoodie.
