Loan shark's sentence reduced

LOAN shark Lee Inskip, who was sentenced to four-and-a-half years in jail at Warrington Crown Court last week has had his sentence reduced.
He was initially sentenced to 12 months for illegal money lending, three years each for blackmail offences to be served concurrently, and 18 months for possession of cocaine, to be served consecutively.
Judge David Hale has now amended the sentence relating to the cocaine possession to three months, making a total prison sentence of three years and three months.
Inskip’s former partner Tamar O’Brien was sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for two years, and a 12 month supervision order. This sentence remains the same.
