Cannabis man in court

A WARRINGTON man will appear in court next month charged with production of cannabis.
The 41-year-old, of Tannery Lane, Penketh, is due to appear before the town’s magistrates in Warrington on April 8.
The charge relates to a raid on a property in Tannery Lane last August when police allege they discovered a large quantity of cannabis plants inside the property.
The man is also facing a charge of fraud by making a false representation.
A 37-year-old woman, of Mayflower Avenue, Salford, is also facing a charge of fraud by false representation.
