A PLAN for two detached social rented bungalows for the elderly in Warrington is to be considered by borough planners.
The borough council application for a site in Borrowdale Avenue/Cartmel Avenue, Orford, is expected to be approved by the development control committee.
Planners say the application represents beneficial use of the land without being detrimental to the street scene or residents.
